faithful to reality, there may be small differences between the image displayed

8. Delivery of Orders

9. Return of products by Users

10. Product returns for errors by the user when ordering
If the user perceives that he has made mistakes when
ordering (relative to the reference, the brand, number, address ...) he must
notify the owner of the Website of this at the time of receipt of the mail
order confirmation, and at most within one hour after receipt of the
confirmation mail, requesting cancellation of his order. If the product has
already been prepared or sent, the user must refuse delivery of the product
stating that fact in the delivery document and bear the costs of returning the
same.
Refund the price of the returned product will be done from

good condition, complete and in its original packaging. In the event the
product is returned incomplete or damaged, the owner of the Website reserves
the right to refuse a refund or apply a discount of up to 70% on the selling

amount paid by the User within a maximum period of 30 days and after reviewing
the condition of the product.
Excluded are purchases of products which, by their nature, can
not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and products

Regarding return transport costs, the customer will have to
pay a share of this amount which, at most, will be equal to or less than the
transportation costs. This part will be deducted from the amount to be
reimbursed.
11. Warranty

current European legislation and all standards applicable in Europe.
These products can be mounted on vehicles or systems
recommended by the workshop or distributor by a competent person and under his
sole responsibility. The Website Owner is not responsible for the consequences
of improper installation or improper use of a product in a vehicle.
BUS & ROLL will not be responsible if any clause
included in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract be declared totally
or partially invalid or unenforceable, and such invalidity or unenforceability
will affect only that provision or part thereof that is invalid or ineffective,
with the validity of the General Conditions continuing in everything else,
considering this or part provision as not included.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Contract shall be governed by
and construed in accordance to Spanish legislation in matters where not
expressly foreseen. The Owner of the Website and the User may submit any
dispute that may arise from the provision of goods or services covered under
these General Conditions, to the Courts of the address of the Owner of the
Website unless established to the contrary by law.
